Fort Worth-based producer who brings evaluative, operational, creative, and governance thinking to a single engagement. Defines requirements, builds the structure, and makes sure the final product holds up.
Background across national TV, city government, nonprofit, and civic organizations. Designs evaluation engines, governance frameworks, and decision systems. Translates ambiguity into decisions, owners, and deadlines. Reads people and organizational dynamics as clearly as project requirements.
I’m a Systems Producer who connects AI adoption to governance and judgment to the way people and organizations actually work. I design decision systems, workflows, review checkpoints, and governance tiers that make new technology useful in real life. Who approves the decisions? What information can be trusted? What must people know well enough to verify? And how does an organization keep what it has learned when the people, tools, or vendors change?
I call that operating layer Human Capacity Infrastructure. The goal is to build lasting capacity into organizations, rather than repeatedly paying to repair what should have been designed upstream.
One working example is GateForce85, a workforce decision engine I built to evaluate job opportunities against a job seeker’s real-life constraints. It checks the posting, applies documented rules, and returns ADOPT, PARK, or REJECT with reasons. It scores opportunities, never people. The browser prototype is built, with advisor testing as the next step.
