GateForce85: Workforce Opportunity Scoring Engine
ADOPT PARK REJECT
Audits postings, never people.
Built for job seekers in workforce programs. The seeker sets constraints once: pay floor, benefits, location, schedule, commute, industry, background check. Hard constraints come first, and failing any one rejects the posting outright. Soft factors move the score. ADOPT at 85 and above, PARK at 70 to 84, REJECT below 70.
Seeker-only by design, with no employer-side output. Status: working browser prototype. Internal review was model-assisted. One outside code review, done in a personal capacity with no institutional endorsement. It covered the code, not field results. Paste-in intake is specified and not yet built. Not yet field-tested.
One synthetic example
Seeker constraintsPay floor $19 an hour. No car, bus only. Home by 5:30 pm for child care.
PostingWarehouse associate, $18.50 an hour, second shift 2 to 10:30 pm, reliable personal transportation required.
VerdictREJECT Three hard constraints fail: the pay is under the floor, the shift runs past the child care deadline, and the posting requires a car. Any one of them is enough. The seeker sees the reasons, not just the word, and spends the application time on a posting that can work.
Made up for illustration. No real person, employer, or posting.

Pilot and Testing GateForce85

The ask right now: three to five workforce advisors for a two-week calibration lab. Advisors score synthetic postings against synthetic seeker profiles. The question: do the engine's verdicts match what an experienced advisor would tell that seeker? Exit is GO, REVISE, or STOP. If you advise job seekers, this is the piece you could help with.

Later, the field pilot: ten to twenty participants over six weeks, a counselor present at each scoring session. The question: does the verdict change what a seeker applies to, and does it hold up against what happens next? That stage needs a host organization, a named operational owner, a technical partner, limited specialist review, and an evaluator.

I lead both stages as builder and Systems Producer. Message me on LinkedIn to help with either piece.
