Fort Worth–based producer who brings evaluative, operational, creative, and governance thinking to a single engagement. Defines requirements, builds the structure, and makes sure the final product holds up.
Brings 15+ years across national TV, city government, nonprofit, and civic organizations. Designs evaluation engines, governance frameworks, and decision systems. Translates ambiguity into decisions, owners, and deadlines. Reads people and organizational dynamics as clearly as project requirements.
I'm the bouncer standing at the door of your AI's mouth.
A Systems Producer designs the architecture an AI runs inside. Not the prompts. The rules underneath them. What it knows about itself, the hierarchy layers, what it's not allowed to say, where the gates are, what gets sent back.
Some companies call this prompt engineering. Some call parts of it AI governance, LLM evaluation, AI operations, or workflow architecture. I call it Systems Producer, because the real job is producing the operating system around the AI, not just typing better instructions into the box.
The chat window is what you see. The architecture decides how it actually operates.
This work is half producer, half governance, half evaluator, and some project manager. Yes, the math doesn't add up. That's the point. Everyone wants a unicorn until they realize someone has to build the stable, write the rules, and check what it's chewing on.
I understand both sides of the mess: real-world teams, approvals, politics, brand risk, deadlines, and the AI systems now being asked to operate inside all of it.
I lock the source of truth so the AI doesn't drift, name the recurring decisions so it doesn't re-improvise them every Tuesday. I build review panels that catch drift, bias, brand contamination, and the occasional confident hallucination before it reaches anyone.
The visible output is the deliverable. These guardrails keep the visible output closer to the original intent.
I help teams build the rules, review layers, source-of-truth systems, and decision gates that keep AI-assisted work aligned and usable.
